TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Additional charges may be assessed for waiting time, excessive loading/unloading time, re-delivery or wrong address.
• Glass, pottery, ceramics, perishable goods, and used goods cannot be insured and must be properly packaged for shipping.
• Improperly packaged and/or non-packaged goods will be sent at the shipper's risk. Time Sensitive Couriers Ltd. accepts no liability for damage to such shipments.
• The shipper will be responsible for all shipping charges arising from the receiver's refusal to pay for any and all collect charges, including return charges.
• All shipments subject to weight verification and/or rating by cubic dimensions charged at 10 lbs. per cubic foot.
• Private residences, schools and malls will be charged $3.00 extra per delivery.
• "Same Day" deliveries phoned in after 3:00 pm will be charged as "Time Sensitive" or "Hot" as appropriate.

LIABILITY

• Not liable for loss, direct or indirect or inconsequential damages or delay, whether or not arising from negligence to any of the goods transported.
• Maximum liability of $2.00 per lb. (0.46 kg) to a maximum of $100.00 per waybill for shipments without insurance. All claims must be received in writing within seven (7) days of the date of shipment.
