100% locally owned and operated, Time Sensitive Couriers provides same day and overnight courier services throughout Victoria, the Western Communities, Sooke, the Saanich Peninsula, Vancouver Island, the Lower Mainland and throughout North America.

The company was founded in 1999 by Ken Hooper. Ken started out providing same day courier runs between Sooke and the Western Communities and operated as “Sooke Courier”.  With a strong focus on customer service and a friendly approach, the business soon became the courier of choice for much of the Sooke business community.

In order to provide the one-stop shop his customers wanted, Ken partnered with several agents and soon provided courier services to any location needed. The business grew steadily and was eventually re-named "Sooke-Sidney Time Sensitive Couriers,” to reflect the company’s growing area of service and on-time delivery focus.

After 11 years of operating the company, Ken decided it was time to retire - at least partially - and sold the company to Jamie McCormick on April 1, 2010. Jamie is a long-time courier industry professional with more than 25 years experience in Victoria, Vancouver Island and the Lower Mainland and a well-deserved reputation for outstanding customer service.

Ken and Jamie worked together to ensure a smooth and seamless transition for their valued customers and Ken continues to be involved on a part time basis as a driver and consultant. Jamie shares Ken’s customer-focused approach to the business and is proud to have maintained the company’s long-time customer base while steadily growing the business. The one change made was to simplify the company name to "Time Sensitive Couriers".

Today, Time Sensitive Couriers maintains the tradition of flexible and professional courier service to businesses throughout Victoria, the Saanich Peninsula, the Western Communities and the Sooke area. Time Sensitive also partners with agents to provide courier service throughout Vancouver Island, the Lower Mainland and across North America.
